Damaged or defective on arrival: contact us within 7 days with photos of the product and packaging. We'll work with the supplier on a replacement or refund.

Fill-your-own calendars ship empty of chocolates unless the listing says otherwise — that is not a defect.

Change-of-mind returns may not be available on dropshipped items once fulfilled; ask before ordering if you're unsure.
